Shipping

All products are shipped using Australia Post.
Shipping estimates are based on both the weight and size of the items being purchased.
Prepaid post satchels are used in most circumstances for delivery by road anywhere in Australia.
Where multiple products are bought and are over 3kg in weight, you will be provided with a shipping quote.

Returns Policy

We sincerely hope you enjoy the products you have purchased at the HealthShoppe.

We unfortunately do not accept 'change of mind' returns for exchange or store credit.

If however the product you have received is faulty and cannot be used (this excludes any damage caused by postage to the outer box):

 - You contact us to request the return within 30 days of order date 
 - The item is received by us within 30 days of order date 
 - The parcel includes a completed Returns Form 

Please note HealthShoppe (Regional Pharmaceuticals) reserves the right not to offer or process a return if these requirements are not satisfied.

Postage:

The customer is responsible for postage cost of returns. We highly recommend using Registered Post as HealthShoppe cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage. Please keep a hand written record of your Registered Post label number(s) for tracking purposes and in the rare event a claim arises. Package return items carefully and appropriately when posting to us. Original postage costs are not refundable.

Order errors:

In the event we have sent you the wrong item due to a packing error, we will cover the postage cost of having the incorrect item sent back to us and for the correct item to be sent to you.
